What does the Cognitive Strengths Test measure?
Rather than folding everything into a single score, this test is built to show a profile: two people can perform identically overall while having very different strengths underneath. Two quick questions sample each of six categories.
How scores are calculated
Each category gets its own percentage based on the two questions in that category, shown as a bar-chart breakdown on your results page, alongside your single strongest and one area worth practicing.
Why only two questions per category?
